Guilt

Do you other people out there feel guilty about things that you really have no reason to?
I have all of these projects that I work on, some of them
paid, some of them unpaid, none of them urgent. So why
do I feel guilty when I take a few days off and go do
something else unrelated? There's no good reason for it,
but that's the way I feel. It sucks.
